Now, help during an emergency is simply a swipe away. The WeHelp App offers you instant access via your device to immediate contact with family, friends and community in urgent situations.
The Lock Screen Widget ensures rapid access to your app. Emergency alerts are activated & received with live locations containing immediate directions to members in distress.
Create or join as many groups as you like with ease using the WeHelp App and put these on hold whenever you choose.
HOW IT WORKS

1. INVITE MEMBERS
Start by downloading & purchasing the WeHelp app from your app store at a once-off fee of R149.99. No monthly subscription charges. Next, create emergency groups by inviting family members, friends, and neighbours.

2. MEMBERS ACCEPT
Once an invite has been received, members must accept the invitation on their device & download the app to join your safety emergency group. New members can immediately begin using the WeHelp app services.

3. MEMBERS CONTACT
Once groups have been created & members have accepted, groups can now be notified of an emergency within the community. Emergency response has never been more efficient. You can disconnect and reconnect at any time.

4. ADD THE WIDGET
Add the WeHelp widget to your lock screen.
- Touch and hold the Lock screen until the 'Customise' button appears, then tap 'Customise'.
- Tap the box above above or below the time to see the WeHelp widget that you can add to your Lock Screen.
- Tap or drag the WeHelp widget to add
- Tap 'Done'.
